“ Thank you, Valerie! The staff were able to accommodate a party of ten on a Saturday night with aplomb. I had the Penne Abruzzese, and my wife had the Penne Portabella; both were delicious. As was the Rum Ice Cream for dessert. Everyone in our party was very happy with their meal, drinks, and desserts. Try the House Manhattan. ”
“ Excellent date-night dinner. The weather was perfect to enjoy dinner on the patio. It was busy, but not overwhelming. We could lightly hear music from the patio in front of Alter Brewing and McNally's. Server was light-hearted and welcoming. The food was excellent - I had the Salsiccia alla ZaZa (Sausage with artichoke hearts and peppers). The portion was generous but not overwhelming and the sausage was cooked perfectly -- some char, but the casing still had snap and bite, it was flavorful and spicy but also let the veggies shine. Fantastic. My wife had the Penne Portabella and she was very pleased with the meal. Goat cheese added a tart creamy layer to the light white wine sauce and the masterfully cooked penne was a great choice to let the diner compose each bite. We had a wonderful meal and strongly recommend La Zaza - looking forward to our return. ”

“ Went here for the first time for our anniversary. They are redoing whatever outside so the view could have been better but that’s not this businesses fault. Food was delicious! Very big portions. Moscato wine was very delicious. Dessert was to-die-for! My dish had the spinach on top and it was soooo good! Buttery and very tasty! ”

The overall vibe walking gives old school bar restaurant with low lighting, soft music playing. Staff very welcoming from the second you walk in. The bar was a little busy on a Saturday night took a while to get a drink and by then our table was ready. Our waiter was awesome and made some great recommendations! Will definitely be back! ”
